I checked my bank account today, and it showed the withdrawal, so I came on here to see if anything changed, but nothing yet...   :( , can't wait to get started!

Any of our experts around her want to jump in and take some remote site support here and there let me know. Could use the help, doesn't happen often, but every now and then. It would be nice to have a back up or two.

I probably can't help Monday-through Friday as I'm at work, and that's probably when you need the most help.  But evenings and weekends would work.  Let me know.........

Hi, am having such a hard time loading a child's hat and have 4 more hats to go. Do you think you could help with that through this remote support?  Or could we talk about it through emails?  I just can't figure out what is wrong.  I am available either way.  Would so appreciate the help!!!

Well the main issue is typically images. Make sure all your images are resized to less than a 1000 pixels. Also on rare occasions if you are still having issues you may want to rename your images.
Hope that helps, if you want a remote, we have to schedule it. We need to be on the phone at the same time as the computer.

Today is my one month anniversary of my HMA store.
I've posted 400+ of my earrings and then last night, they ALL disappeared from the front page.
From my store front and profile, I have 0 posts.
From manage my product link, all my items are there.
From outside sources like Pinterests and Facebook, the link takes me to the particular item.
I have recurring payment plan so my subscription should be alive.
I did not put the store on vacation.

I posted a test item after that happened, it stayed for a while and it was gone as well today.

Will I get my posts back online?
That was a lot of work and I'm trying not to lose it...

Any support is appreciated.

Delete your vacation in your shop and your products will be back within 24 hours.
