Adding products to shop section

I feel so silly, but I just started here a few days ago, and I just can't figure out how to add my products to a product section. I created a product section for my journals, but I don't know how to add them in it lol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

[Blue Highways]

on the first page when you are adding an item, near the bottom check the box  of the section you want that item in. I think it is right before the quantity and price section

Thanks for the help Blue!  if the product is already live go to products>manage products> edit to get to the first page Blue was speaking of.
