My pics are too big :(

I am trying once again to open up my shop, to load some items, but my pictures are too big.  It tells me I need smaller pictures.  I don't even know how to make them smaller.  All of my product pictures are too big.  I can't possibly retake all those pictures....oh me oh my....I'm getting frustrated.  I guess I will have to only list new product and somehow make the pics smaller.  Maybe it's a setting in my camera?  Is it the format?  I don't understand.

Kim do you have any photo software on your computer....you can use that to re-size your photos....I resize mine to 400....

If you don't have any photo software....I believe Picassa is still a free download....just google it....it is really simple to re-size.

I have several apps on my computer I use for photos.  I'll give that a try.  Thanks Dee!!

Optimum width is 420 pixels, the height can vary based on the orientation ot the photo.
