silent shot outs?

Has anyone ever heard of Silent Shot Out? I "liked'' them on facebook & the next day I had a record 260 some visits to my website over a 24 hour period. I looked much closer into the stats and notices 210 visits were from one IP address which is listed as a corporate site. I intially felt like overlooking it but Im pretty pissed it scewed all my stats. What do u all think about this?
