New Ornaments
« on: November 11, 2011, 11:16:02 AM »
A while back I bought an ornament tutorial and finally got around to making one...well, one and a half actually.  Thought I would show off what I ended up with!

Thank you!  They are a lot of work, but really happy with the way they are coming out.

Really beautiful
An ornament is worth 1,000 beads.

Hand beaded, one-of-a-kind, glass, ornaments for Christmas and beyond.

Gorgeous!  I'm like Tiffany - I get an ornament everywhere E & I travel for our tree.  My obsession is probably a result of my Jewish upbringing & the resulting lack of a tree 'til we got married.   ;)

I'm the one who insists every year on going out tree-hunting and getting a real one, not fake.  And I'm the one who started our tradition of getting them from the local rescue squad so we make a donation to them.

When my sister and brother-in-law had a tree, I was obsessed with buying decorations for it.  All those years of tree envy lead to the obsession :)

It's beautiful!
I collect ornaments too. And magnets.

Lisa-you can celebrate whatever you like. I don;t necessarily think the ornament is CHristmas.

Glad I'm not the only one that loves ornaments.  Our tree is a bit strange though...because of having large dogs that love to wag their very strong tails the fragile ornaments are on the top of the tree and the bottom is full of all the only the kids have made over the years.  It is like a trip down memory lane when we put the tree up every year.
