Spam comments

Hiya,

I've been receiving spam comments under my posts and when I try to report them to the blog it says I don't have the permission.  Is there any way of reporting the spam? Thanks a bunch :)

We see them and delete them anyway.  Don't worry, we keep an eye on every single new member that tries to join, and we check to see if they've left comments we need to delete.

In fact, that might be why you can't report them; they might already be gone.

OK sorry, I'm confused.  I get regular e-mails from these spam commenters and when i click the report button it takes me to a page that says I have no permission but when I go to the post their comments are still there...for BMW or UGGS or whatever...

Hm, then I don't know.  The comments are gone now, right?  But as for your inability to report posts, I'm clueless.
