I also work a full time job.  I am trying to get the side business going, but since I do it all myself, it can be a challenge.  Splitting time between the day job, production, and promotion takes all my time...then when the boss wants me to work late, that just makes things worse.

Right now my monster making business is part time, but I own a store in Independence, MO called Daft Crafts that sells handmade things, and that is full time. I also help others start their businesses and get going with promotions and such, which I do after work while I sew
