Yay for the sales!!

I am battling allergies, I've never had them before but it looks like I do now and it's an allergy to something in my house! Gah!

Monika, keep on keeping on, friend!

I think I'll try to make a book today.

Thought I'd stop in and say hello. This is a busy week for me. Trying to get my house cleaned before heading out to visit my mom for the day tomorrow, granddaughter's 18th birthday on Thursday and getting ready for her baby shower on Sunday.

Hope everyone is having a great week!

Congrats on the sales everyone....

I have finally found something purdy to cover up my scar and big old bandages...theheheheheeee....

   What a fashion statement! and so uncomfortable looking, imagine wearing that?
You need some very pretty silk scarves to cover the scar:)

Everytime I see this, I think Etsy front page. AM I bad? ::)

Teresa, great minds think alike since I imagined an Etsy front page full of cowls and lace whatever that is's.

Today I had to work all morning and then came home and spent 3 hours pulling weeds and cleaning up flower beds.  They really got bad but since we haven't been home much they really were neglected.  Still more to do, but I am filthy, tired, bug bitten and done for today.

If anyone is interested in investing in stock, may I suggest band-aids?  Seriously, a couple of days ago Spencer took all the skin off the top of his foot and ankle falling off his skateboard and today he comes home with his elbow bleeding all over and wide open from another fall...going broke buying first aid stuff!

As a retired paramedic, that's job security.  At least you know to use band-aids and not call 9-1-1.  Remember that in the long run, all bleeding stops.

We were thinking of signing up for a frequent visitor card at the ER when they were really little as we had a number of major issues (baby with croup not breathing and another rolling into a pile of barb wire as well as doing a header out of the top bunk) but now that they are older it is usually just a matter of clean up...lots of clean up!

I swore that the local ER had a chair in the waiting room that was permanently reserved in my name!
