I received PayPal notice of sales, but no shop notice.  I don't know what I sold.
No sales are shown through the shop. Did it come from your own .com? There has been no error in notifications, everything has been working fine. Do you have any info on the piece at all?

I have to check what happened, my friend went through the shop, that's the only way to buy something now. When someone clicks shop on my site, it goes to HAShop.  I closed my shopping cart affiliated with my site.
I emailed her to find out what she did, quite confusing.

Did you sell something off your website?

My friend told me she was buying a couple of things and I received notice of payment.  It should have been through HAShop since that is my only sales venue.  Trying to find out what she bought and how.  I think she is trying to supplement my income :)

This is a little thing, but I think it makes a BIG difference!

When you look at an item in any shop, at the bottom of the page, it reads "More items from this Vendor!"  Can that be changed to "More items from this Artist!"?  The word vendorsounds so mass-produced.

I need help...  My new camera takes wonderful pictures, but when I upload them to my HAF Shop, they look horrid, as if they've been through a sharpen sequence to an extreme.  As a test, I created a listing in my Etsy Shop (which I am letting close), and used the identical photos for both listings.  Then I saved the identical photo from the HAF/Etsy listings to my desktop.  The photo doesn't distort when I upload to Etsy.  What am I doing wrong?  Both saved photos from the listings in different places are below.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give!

Knit the hafshop crops the pic to 450pixels wide so your pic was cropped and it made it sharpen like that. I've had that issue as well. So I would crop resize your pic to 450 pixels wide and test. You shouldn't have any issues. Etsy has a better photo editing set up , I will admit to that. We will try to improve as we go.

I'm finally ready to set up a photo shoot of all my new projects and get a shop set up. I've been reading about the changes and wonder if I should wait until the merge is complete or go ahead and jump in when I'm ready? I'm thinking first week of March at the soonest since I'm working around school and my other job anyway.

Also, are photo specs like size and file size shown anywhere or do I need to wait until I've activated a shop to have access to that? I see the 450px width, but what about height? Is square or rectangular preferred? Is there a kb limit per photo or per item for all the photos?

LOL. I think I'm getting a little ahead of myself, but I really only want to have to edit the photos once. It's my least favorite chore. Most of my pics on fb are grainy and really unprofessional since I have a tendency to just grab my phone for quick pics and then never take real ones.

Siverdreamdesign the optimum width is actually 420pix wide, I was incorrect in saying 450.
The height works on javascript and will expand to meet the pic as needed. Square works fine as well, but say you want a taller portrait pic you can do that as well too.
Hope that helps and looking forward to having you with us.

I actually fixed this all by myself!!! It now says More Creations from this Artist!

I'm learning, it is like finding a needle in a haystack if you do not know what you are doing. But I think I figured this one out in about 5 minutes, so yay me  ;D ;D ;D LOL

How do I put a photo here ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
In order to load a photo on the forum, you click the "tinypic" button above the box when you reply and then browse for your photo, click "message board" under size and then "add to post"  Tada...you have a forum picture.

Oh dear,I hate to report a problem again so soon, but I'm having trouble logging in my shop account so I can make a treasury. I asked for the new password but it doesn't work either.

No rush,I really need to search for items to feature anyways, not to mention a project and most of all dinner!

I thought I tried all case sensitive issues too,but I'll try one more time a bit later...
