lo fortunately I do have an electric one - but still needs the ice and rock salt! 
I haven't made any ice cream for awhile - I'll have to get the ingredients soon - I have frozen strawberries that would be yummie in it!

Now I'm craving for homemade ice cream. The good thing about it is that you have the option to choose what flavor you like to make so as to satiate your craving palate, unlike the ones that can be bought in the stores, and of course its more cost-effective.

You made the icecream on april 13 and the last of the batch was gone on May 2nd... that would be a record for long lasting icecream at my house ;D

I agree...ice cream doesn't last around here either.

Not yet!  But I did get all the ingredients - just need to save up ice & clear out some stuff from the freezer! No room in the freezer to put ice cream after it's made! Maybe tomorrow.
