Got my Secret Santa gift today! It was from Rhonda of Lil' Bit Sassy. Thank you so much, Rhonda! I had so much fun opening all the little packages!

Reading the other stories and seeing my gift, I think I approached this wrong. I didn't do a lot of little fun things and didn't send anything that I had made myself (although my gift was handmade by someone else). My recipient makes jewelry, too, so I didn't think it would be the best choice!

Anyway, My package from Rhonda included super cute and yummy-smelling coasters/trivets scented with cinnamon and nutmeg and a wonderful cup cozy - I REALLY love this!! Very cute!


She also sent me some Mary Engelbreit note carrds and I LOVE Mary Engelbreit!, a mystery novel, some buttons and a container for beads!

I'm sorry I didn't say anything here!  I received my Secret Santa gift before Christmas and LOVE it.  She designed a necklace for me that's got vintage look elements and chain.. right up my alley.  She took the time to ck out my work to see what I like.  I really appreciated the extra effort and the beautiful piece!

Sorry I didn't see this thread either. I did receive a lovely gift of a leather key ring and knitting needle holder. Thank you Julicia. I saved the biz card on my desk and now it's gone and I couldn't remember the shop name to thank them before now. Crazy Christmas around here! My camera isn't working or I would show you all. I hope she received mine.

I have for sure 4 people who sent gifts that haven't yet been received.  Two who didn't get and I haven't yet heard from their Santas whether they sent anything.

I'm working on it!

Some of the stuff not yet received was going to/from Canada & some to/from Ireland.  So hopefully they're still headed to their destinations.

Got my secret santa package yesterday from jewelrybyjanelle50 but I was just too tired after work to do anything but admire it. Here it is! I love Jan's woodworking! It's all so rich and beautiful. I'd never tried hair sticks before. I thought my hair was too thin and fine for them but I tried them out and was amazed. They actually held my hair up.
Thank you so much Jan. I can't wait to do this again next year.

Glad you like it CJ! The bracelet is Hawaiian Koa, and your hairsticks are puprleheart.

I forgot to add care instructions, do not put your hairstcks in damp or wet hair, they are wood, and will spot up on you. Keep your bangle dry too. When the wood starts to lose it's lustre, just apply a coat of Johnson's paste wax, let dry, and buff off with a soft cloth.
