WOW, how rude!! If she saw the other earrings, she should have known what the custom ones would look like!! Any decent person would suck it up and buy the item anyway, since it's not like it was a super expensive custom item. Yeesh!

Even after quitting retail over 5 years ago, I am still dealing with the public, and this is just another part of it. At least this way, they can't see me sticking out my tongue, or rolling my eyes, LOL.

Hmm, its a shame that the customer pulled out but like you said, they are another lovely pair of earring sto add to your stock,maybe you should make a necklace to match:-)
