featured Business of the Month (several pics)

I just wanted to share with all of you that our little store "Hollyhocks,LLC" is the featured "Business of the Month" at our bank. We have a large table set up near the tellers windows with a display of items from our store. We chose mostly fallish type stuff and most of it we have more than 1 in stock. We get to stay there for the whole month of October. It seems to be bringing in some people too! I think it's pretty cool and it's free advertising!

Thanks ladies! I guess that's one advantage of being in a small town! And we are doing rather well so far. I think the next few months will get busy for the holidays and then quiet down for a bit. One nice thing is this town has a group of business owners that have something special in town almost every month of the year and they always draw a lot of people. The next one is "Holiday Extravanganza" on Nov. 4th from 5-9pm.
Customers can register in each participating store and maybe win a $500 gift certificate that can be used at any of the participating stores. Nice thing is they can use it at multiple stores, not just 1.
