Here's my third (and final) submission for our new museum's upcoming exhibit:

This piece is quite a departure for me, I really pushed my boundaries.

That is amazing!  Not only your bead work but the entire piece!  You truly have a wonderful vision.

Oh wow, seriously awesome. With the first picture, I didn't know they were beads; I was thinking, my what diversity of talent. Second picture, I could see beads! and ya know, it's still, wow!, what a diversity of talent!

Its really wonderful. I loved it. Its very unique art in cycle wheel form. I want to suggest you some idea that you can paint this cycle with multiple colors and also the wrap it with light series than you can hang family snaps.

Thanks everyone!

I really tried to push myself out of my comfort zone on these pieces and I've not had any feedback, except from my husband, and he's not necessarily objective.

I appreciate all the comments.

No feedback? No comments??  ???  :P

If this wouldn't spark interest and  conversation, I don't know what would ... it's amazing.  :)

To me, this piece just embodies joy and levity in the cycles of life. I'll have to read your full explanation to see if I'm even close! But the movement and the memories are so engaging. The aged ferris/wheel and tree stump against the seasons in the brilliant flowers just make me feel so....happy! What a lucky museum. Way to go with pushing your boundaries, you've captured something! Very memorable.

I am just stunned by the lovely detail in the flower flags. I wish I could see this in person. Can you explain more about the backgrounds and the three dimensional part of it? It's hard to see. Did you paint the fabric backgrounds? Use dyes? Sew and stuff or just bead? (Just bead...as if...). Love, love, love it!

That is so incredible!  I would spend a lot of time staring at that in any setting... too bad it wouldn't match my decor.   :P

I'll think about it on my bike ride tomorrow night!
