A suggestion: cap each list at 13 (3 mos. worth). When the 1st list is full, start the 2nd, etc. Hold a new list until there are a reasonable number who want to join (ie: a list with just 2 members won't work in the 1st few weeks, but would work fine in the last couple of weeks). Just let people know that they may have to wait a few weeks to get into a list (meanwhile they can blog an existing list). When time is nearing the end, if the last list is still not full, divvy things up then.

I guess what I'm saying is that 22 on the list really did seem like too much (and I joined midstream). But I super much appreciate that you're putting in a lot more work than any of us, so whatever works for you gets my vote.

I am confused! What happened to all this? I thought that you agreed and that we were going to go with this type of configuration. When we started with 14, I thought that that would be all there would be in Ring 1 and that there would have to be 14 mor members before Ring 2 would start. But lord only know how many there are in the one and only ring. Can someone clear this up for me?

Beginning this week there will be two rings.  I've had a LOT going on this week and fell a bit behind on the admin side of life.  I will be out all day tomorrow and have family in for a few days, but by Saturday I will get the rings divided.  Basically, everyone did the first two weeks because I dropped the ball and couldn't catch up...sorry, but I try.  Look out on Saturday for the ring lists and the new featured artists.

Sorry, Kimberly, I wasn't meaning to dump on you. I just was confused on the matter. That's all. Anyway, you can take me off the list for a while. I need to drop out. I have some kind of virus in my blog and I need to get it fixed before I ask people to go to it. Don't know where it came from or how to get rid of it. All I know is that when I go to either my blog or my dashboard it hits me and sends it to my pc. I can't even ask anyone to go there to see if it does the same to them. I wouldn't. I will be back as soon as it is fixed though. I put a note on this week's thread telling everyone also.

Where is the list of names of blog ring participants? Has it already started? That's what makes me anxious about participating in this; it's hard to tell where one end and the next begins.
