Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh..... crossing my fingers that I can find a stone that pretty!  Although, in all honesty, I can't bring myself to cut anything I find.

Hence the perpetually growing rock gardens around my home.

There are certain things, I have found, that are very addicting.  For me it's reptiles, rocks and tattoos.  Oh and chocolate...  oh yes and artsy fartsy stuff...  and almonds...
*sigh*  nevermind  ::)

LOL I know what you mean!
Aimee, One way to do that if you have to is keep the larger rocks for your garden, (at least till no plants will grow) then pick up smaller ones to work... a lot of my pieces are small chips that show all the beautiful patterns and colors and are small enough that you could just wrap them as found!
BTW Mrs Townsend I looked at your pic in the "what do you look" like thread and you look nothing like a Mrs Townsend

BUT I AM!!!!!  ;D  See, that's what happens when you succumb to all of these preconceived notions... Think of reptiles and death metal and things that go bump in the night.  NOW WE'RE GETTING SOMEWHERE!!!

This is very pretty!  I would be too scared to do that to a stone I find - I prefer to put them in my rock garden instead  :-*
