yea, I'm not the only one who gets told what to do with a piece.  Learning to listen to the piece makes it turn out so much better than when I get a idea in my head

I have learned that if you fight the voice in your head, the piece doesn't turn out quite as well as you thought it would.  It is best to listen to your muse or inner voice.

ROFL. I came home from the local bead store last week and told my husband that there were strands hollaring at me to take them home with me. But yeah, they tell me what they want to be, not the other way around.
