So he did a bunch of boards for the show we did last weekend. The ones below are my favorites - cherry and walnut in a funky pattern, maple and cherry for a huge carving board, and cherry with a zebrawood stripe. I love the zebrawood, but it's insanely expensive.
He's also got a lathe now, and has been doing wine bottle stoppers; this one's maple and purpleheart. He's doing butter and cheese knife handles too, but those haven't been quite successful yet - the wood had cracks and wasn't suitable. It's such a great use for all the scrap wood from his boards.
