BUG Problem sending Emails from my account

I got a sale this morning.  When I go to send a email to the buyer, it won't let me put in a name.  The prompt just sits there.  I can put in a subject and a message but not name.  Why is this?  This happened with my last sale also.  I posted about it and never received a reply.  What do I need to do to be able to send an email from my account to a buyer?

Okay, so I just figured out that you cannot send email from your private message account even tho it says email on it.  You have to use the email on the forum.  Seems to me to be a little time consuming having to go back and forth for emails.

We are aware of it Artie. Just having issues right now with our developers they are deep in building the new site and I'm trying to keep them centered.
The buyers email is also on the sales order, where you can email them directly as well.

Thank you.  I did send them emails from my regular email account.
