Here are hand stitched images of orchids, a tree, and a green flower, made from original sketches:

Love love love the orchid!  I'm so glad to see someone still doing hand embroidery work.  It is so much more special than all the machine work you see now...boy, I'm starting sound like my Grandma!

Gorgeous embroidery.  Now all you have to do is add beads to them.   ;D  Welcome to the forum.

What's funny is that all I have been doing is making beads, not beading.  He is outside playing with making unique tail lights for his 53 ford.  I am not going out in the rain so there is little chance I can catch him to bead him.  He is always on the go.  Course yesterday he went running around getting nails and firebricks so I could try bending nails.

If anyone on this forum does end up beading their husband, please do the courteous thing and post a picture for the rest of us to enjoy! :)
Thanks for the encouragement. I look forward to seeing all of your work!

Welcome to the forum Crazybutcute!  don't mind Jeanne - she puts beads on everything - except her husband - only because he's smart enough to not sit still long enough! lo

It is neat to see someone do hand embroidery - and very nicely done too!
