The Gift of Giving
As I got my art work packaged I started to think about the wonderful opportunity
I have been given. A gift, a way to help through my art. A gift as a gift, an offering of love !
I find it wonderful when a person reaches down deep inside to share and show compassion to others, not for personal gain or glory but for love, pure and simple, that is what artist David Sandum and his staff of wonderful volunteers do.
I am very honored to be a small part of this wonderful social media art project. I believe this is what we are here for to help and serve, and artist David Sandum is just such a person with an open heart.
The Twitter Art Project is David Sandum’s brainchild but this is too large to do alone. These are the people who help, and they are all volunteers so you see how far the reach can be when anyone of us opens our heart and hand:)

Nancy, you contribution is not mager at all. I love what you do and it will create continuous WAVES of assistance and help. How can one call this mager.
I wish I had know about this before, I would have participated with one of my char coals or feather ink drawings.
God bless you richly. ♥♥♥
Monika
Monika, you are such a dear! The deadline is Jan.4th you still have time, the card must be postcard sized or they can’t use it. Just read the directions and let them know you are sending a card, that way they have an idea how many to expect.
Every year they pick a different cause and place to hold the event. I am hoping my card gets there in time I have not seen it posted yet.

So sorry that I missed this, Nancy. What a great opportunity to share our art for charity. Is there a specific charity involved?
Every year they pick a new charity, last year was an abused women & childrens center, this year Art Division, in LA under privileged art students, they do amazing things for those talented kids, lots of volunteers but you still need supplies, safe place to work, mentoring. The ones in the program are very talented.
I just heard they sold 130 pieces of art at the opening , an astounding number, huge success! I do not know what they will benefit next year, but there is talk of a gallery in Paris doing hosting the Exhibit.I hope I get to submit there. I need another post about this:)
