It all started when I took a lapidary class in high school and I designed my own pieces and the teacher told me I had a talent for this…. fast forward (a bunch)… about a year ago I started to make jewelry again and rediscovered that I enjoy the process. My first piece I completed was a dragon claw I made of smoky quartz and sterling silver. The response I got from that piece was very gratifying and I was off and running. Now I make a variety of different styles and kinds of jewelry and I am working on a sculpture. I hope to have this completed for a show in August. I currently have a piece of jewelry on display in the Select Art Gallery in North Bend Oregon.
