My new future home needs to be decorated and filled up ~ and how better to do it then right here at Handmadeartists.com
Oh boy, I soon will be moving to a 3/2 Townhome. Coming from a one bedroom Apartment Condo, I sure need to fill up the other rooms in my new home with practical and pretty things. Like this pillow for the new guest bedroom,
I offering today a beautiful vintage pink rose bouquet bark cloth pillow . Measures 19″ x 16″ to close the pillow has a big vintage button.. Each side is very pretty. Comes with new removable pillow insert My lovely item handcrafted using fine quality new and old pristine fabrics, lace, crochet…… They are original and you will not find items like this in any retail store. Each one is remarkable ,individually made and custom designed by me, 100% one of a kind because I made only ONE.
It would look so scrumptious on the guest bed. Or , hey, how about some Natural Lavender this will make my guests just feel so welcome, surrounded by this wonderful aroma. Lavender is just that, lavender essential oil. No synthetic fragrance oils here. Lavender is soothing, balancing, calming, sedative, anti depressant and a natural insect repellent. It’s ability to relieve stress is well known. Best used in the home, bedroom, linens, and as a body spray.
I also need a lovely quilt to lay over the bed, like this one This is a Queen size rag quilt measuring 90″ x 90″. Also included is a matching reversible pillow measuring 18″ x 18″. This quilt has a very light and modern cottage feel to it. For warmth and a little fluff I’ve added a layer in the center of batting in each quilt square. There is an X sewn through the center of each block. All edges have been ragged
And I just love to decorate the walls with handmade 3 dimensional art like this heirloom quilt Vintage inspired white quilted wall hanging with hand embroidered art nouveau designs within hand quilted hearts make up this beautiful original wall hanging. White on white hand embroidery work is highlighted with light greens, a bit of very pale blue and pink. The one cross stitched square has very light yellow, pink, and green. This romantic wall hanging is made from a quilt that I made 11 years ago that was cut into different size blocks and pieced back together. Embellished with buttons and beads to cover a few very tiny stains. ( about the size of a mall pin head.) More buttons and beaded hearts were added for aesthetics.
Or a candle holder for ambience, like this one This frosted glass hanging candle holder adds a nice glow to indoor or patio decor. The 3″ tall x 3 3/4″ wide frosted glass was originally a candle holder, it was after I burned the candle, that I thought about making it into a hanging candle holder. Wrapped with copper foil and soldered the ring is securely attached and 2 jump rings are soldered on to attach the sturdy chain to.
Oh, wait I need candles, I love candles….how about these… These subtly creamy candles are infused with an exotic and intense combination of jasmine and sandalwood. Both of these plants are treasured by Asian cultures and used in ritual. Brought together in these candles, the fragrance is pure heaven. Relaxing and exciting, musky and floral, our one-of-a-kind blend must be experienced to be believed. Beautiful and wonderfully fragrant, they are a terrific addition to any home.
I also need most likely some lace curtains like these for my lovely windows. This lovely picture is created from artwork of artist Patrick William Adam, the second picture shows you what it will look like as a cross stitch creation.
And I need so, so much more. I guess I will decorate one room, one corner at a time, but definitely all handmade, right here from Handmadeartists.com.
