Featured Artist – Creations by Robin

My name is Robin, I’m a mother of 2 young boys, ages 5 and 12, living at the Jersey shore. I work in many areas of art and craft, including drawing, painting, photography, knitting and jewelry making to name a few. Years ago, I sold my jewelry and hand painted shirts in a small boutique and have always wanted to be able to offer my creations to the public once again.

My family and I love the beach and beachcombing. We have collected sea glass as long as I can remember, and have passed the “obsession” on to our kids! We walk the beach year round looking for our treasures! My banner and avatar, (designed by colorfiestagraphics here on Etsy), reflect our love of sea glass and my ultimate goal- to walk the beach full-time! Everyone has their dream!
My sea glass creations are not altered in any way (short of a warm water/mild soap bath) I do not use special oils to enhance the beauty of the glass and (with the exception of drilling to create certain pieces) the jewelry that I create contain sea glass pieces as they were found on the beach. We will not EVER sell jewelry with craft glass made to resemble sea glass.
