Featured Artist – Crazy But Cute

Driven by the life philosophy of making everything a little bit better, I sketch and stitch to make my environment more beautiful and interesting. I am inspired by modern life, nature, and, of course, people. All kinds of crazy, beautiful people.

I love experimenting with different subjects and fabrics, and am always trying to bring humor and a touch of the unexpected to my work.

While still relatively new to my craft, I look forward to becoming a master in this lifetime, and continue to educate myself on new techniques and stitches, and am expanding my work with applique art.

In addition to my Etsy shop, I am creating more complex pieces to be shown and sold at local galleries in upstate New York.

During the day, you can find me at a local publishing company where I work as a production editor. Sounds dull, but it affords me the opportunity to meet and be inspired by people. All kinds of crazy, beautiful people.
