Featured Artist – A Touch of Glass Jewelry

I live in Southwestern Michigan with my husband. I have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. The joy that they bring is priceless.

I was a marketing graphic artist. Now I have turned my creativity towards making these pendants. I have been creating art since I was 20 years old. I have been making art jewelry for the last 3 years. I absolutely love the artistic creativity that I can pour into each one of these. I am self taught and thoroughly enjoy the process. Making fused glass painted pendants is a long process, but when they come out of the kiln it is always a surprise. This is a wonderful mini work of art with lots of personality and detail-all are signed and dated. I had a customer tell me that every time she receives one of my pendants in the mail, it is like getting a present. Every time I get one of my pendants out of the kiln, I feel like I am receiveing a present. I hope you will feel the same.

I also create Dichroic glass jewelry-it has a magic all it’s own. The dichroic glass is a space age product and one of the most expensive glass products made today. The beauty it holds is priceless, when viewed at different angles the glass transfers color. It’s like a dance of light captured within glass. Words or photos can not do justice to the beauty that is held within the glass, the way the light plays within the colors must be seen in the flesh to be appreciated. Hand crafted by me in my home studio. Every piece is totally unique and one of a kind. No two pieces are alike. The beauty captured by an individual piece is designed for you alone – to enjoy forever.
