  Blue Iced Cupcake with Rainbow Sprinkles by WelshDragonDesigns

 What a “sweet” treat! This little vanilla cupcake has light blue sparkling frosting and even has a bunch of rainbow sprinkles for decoration. It’s strung upon clear elastic to give a “floating” illusion when worn.
